$SDRC @SUNNYLAND Do you remember $BRYYF and all the support you gave it? Is this another one of the “successful” companies you support like you did with Amani Gold? I imagine you know that they are robbing all the shareholders who still have shares with the “buyback offer.”

$BRYYF Fidelity just informed me that buyout offers are only for Australian citizens, not American. They also have no idea when an offer will be made to Americans if at all. Did anyone hear anything different?

$BRYYF to be clear you do have an option to elect for the equal access buy back scheme. For persons outside aus, the terms are variable and could change. However you need to speak with your broker who then need to speak to their counter party in aus. I’ve made an election to accept it.

$BRYYF Amani Gold (OTC: BRYYF) is currently conducting two buy-back programs: an Unmarketable Parcel Buy-Back for shareholders with shares valued under $500, and an Equal Access Buy-Back open to all shareholders. The company has announced its delisting from the ASX but there are no indications of delisting from the OTC market, meaning shares on OTC will remain tradable.
Recently, Amani Gold signed an agreement to acquire a lithium resource project in Nevada, which may signal future growth. This acquisition could also explain why Amani remains active on the OTC market.
Why BRYYF is Halted: The halt is likely due to pending corporate news, such as the lithium acquisition or buy-back updates. Trading halts ensure orderly markets when significant corporate actions are expected.
This is my summary with ChatGPT there’s are a lot more files to go over and research to be done to ensure most accurate information

@TheBest_Bagholder @Pepper2021 here is an email I received regarding holding $BRYYF shares in the OTC

$BRYYF “ I’m sure I saw something about a consolidation of 1000:1 after the buyback and the delisting.
So if you don't sell at $0.00035 you end up with your shareholdings reduced by 1000:1, in an unlisted company- which will still be entitled to the rest of the money from the Giro deal that is set to be paid out over a few more years, from memory. I would have to go back and review a lot of notes and half the Twitter accounts are now missing after this debacle.
is a bird in the hand better than one in the bush?”

$BRYYF got this text from HotCopper. “That's why I took the offer
I bought in originally because of Klaus Eckhoff's impressive track record in the DRC. His decision to sell the mining claim cheap after a successful drill campaign didn't add up, especially with the sale being to his close associates from past deals, followed by his swift exit from the company
I don't know who is in charge of this company now and do not have a compelling reason to bet on their success
I expect the vote to pass for delisting like it did for the sale of the mining claims. Once delisted, I'm concerned the OTC will be lost in the sauce and may not stay in sync with whatever new company rises from the ashes (or doesn't)”
IMHO: I am not selling. I think the only thing left for me to do is just take the risk and wait and see. I don't think they'll ignore OTC. They can't ignore all the investors they have in the US. If they could, they wouldn't have included us in the buyback.

$BRYYF this is their game they aren’t delisting if they were they wouldn’t be interested in buying your shares it’s all a part of the game they are continuing to play I’ll keep my 60m that I paid at the highest price for 10 years it doesn’t bother me

$BRYYF are you all going to sell if you can with the tender, or you staying in? Only be a 93% haircut here.

$BRYYF I got a response in HotCopper.com.au
“I believe the answer is quite personal. I don't need to close my account, nor do I require losses for tax purposes. I can hold onto the shares for a few more years and wait for the distributions that will hopefully come. So, in my case, I'll keep them.”
So there you have it guys! We still have a month to decide.

$BRYYF guys can someone answer these questions?
▪️They asking to be delisted. So are they finished TOTALLY or are they delisting for strategic reasons and they have other projects or ideas and they have to take this action and you better off to STAY IN?
▪️They offer buy back now or disbursement of the millions later if you keep your shares? Anyone know which would be more profitable. Do they have to disclose sell no or sell later is better for SH's?
▪️WHY? if not already answered, are they closing it all down if we have tons of cash? WTF? they are running a business and made money? So why arnt they buying more projects? Isnt this part of the laws and stuff from SH Meetings we expect?
▪️Did anyone stay IN? I have just because if all this is Temp, then i hate being left behind or does the BOD just want to go onto other things. They have to get SH approval to do all this? as they cant call bankruptcy and shut? with millions in cash??? Is this the matrix? Hello, have we been captured???

$BRYYF from someone in Hotcopper.com.au : “I have also noticed that the OTCMarkets link does not work anymore:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRYYF/overview
Looks like the Americans have deleted the company profile after a year of suspension. :-/
On the ASX the shares would be delisted automatically after 2 years of suspension.”
“Many people in the US (OTC) think this could be a good long-term opportunity because they are buying back shares so they can be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange again. Honestly, I don't know what to think anymore. I wonder if something will ever happen here and I will get back the thousands of dollars I lost. We can't sell even if we wanted to. Any advice?”

$BRYYF Is anyone selling now? Or are you waiting for a “surprise comeback”… this shows how retail investors are unprotected by the ASX. “Widdon specialises in doing this .
Did more or less the same thing with CE1 just recently. Plenty of cash for a gravy train of doing nothing with very little oversight of what they are paid in salary and expenses after it is delisted .
Should be banned from running any public company but don't hold your breath that anything will be done”
