$GWSO Another observation from the 10k; Back in January they bought AQST-USA. They made a big announcement like this is a big deal. Revenue from AQST-USA is exactly zero. What did they really get? 1-3-2024 " The acquisition also strengthens and accelerates the development of a recent contract signed for a multi-million research and development project with the Research, Development, Testing, Evaluation & Training (RDTE&T) Roger F. Wicker Center for Ocean Enterprise". Money goes to money, shit goes to shit.

$GWSO The 10Q came out last week. The usual; no revenue, zero spent on R&D. Hard to a early stage development company when your R&D budget is zero. Cash less that $3k, current liabilities $514k. How long can they hang on?

$SDRC kinda funny sunny says he likes good discussion and doesn't ban.. b!tch I've been banned for over a year for questioning a couple of his suggested stocks lol. recently a couple mods visited Sydney, the claim "we have boots on ground, Everything is beautiful".. let's get a normie to check it out and post their review of the situation un biased. I'm free all year, any time. $BRGC .. the reason I dumped, the ticker/name change.. if the known scam $HMBL can uplist in 3 months but $BRGC can't change a ticker symbol in over a year, it seems a bit sus. $GWSO was questioned, it was their pride and joy.. pumped and pumped.. contract this contract that. I asked for more details about the battery tech (which led to the ban) .. now sitting at .30 ? seems alittle sus for the amount of pumping. $CAVR was also their child, constantly pumped.. now on the chopping block to be removed.

$GWSO No money on any accounts, no salary paid to any employees in a long long time, no R&D, no sales, no income, no expenses. Just a "president", who happened to be a son-in-law of the major shareholder. Their website lists some people, who don't work for the company, as their employees. Delisting and dissolution around the corner.

$GWSO Although I cannot find any specific news here, GWSO is in fact in violation of rule 15c2-11 - this rule protects investors against certain types of fraud - including, cooking the books to make their stock price over-inflated on the OTC. Chances are, SEC saw red flags in their auditing and is making them go back and re-audit their books, possibly all the way back to when they changed their ticket from SIVM to GWSO -
