@Skeero2020 It's an interesting theory, at least a point on our radar. I've invested in companies that were bought out before. Just for reference, $RESN was bought out by Murata, a 5g manufacturing company (tech) in 2022 when $RESN fell while their technology succeeded. The stock doesn't exist anymore, so I'm not pumping anything.

$EMAN $2.08 is so unfair especially since only patents worth more than 2 billion dollars. Last year, when one of my holdings, $RESN Resonant got acquired, we got paid twice over a share price. Is $SSNLF Samsung so cheap, it cannot pay the fair price 🤔?

@composingkeys Ah, that's right. In my experience, when companies start working closely, that's when a buyout becomes more likely. That's what happened with $RESN when they were bought out by Murata. But still speculation

$ATOM the longer we wait for news, the more I’m expecting a buyout to be the news heard first. Seeing it basically broadcasted through job positings, posts that may have slipped (ie tesla) that were further along in production than we may know. saw it happen with $RESN and Murata where all signs pointed to furthering their partnerships with no news… until we got the news that we were bought out by em. Wouldnt expect anything south of one billion, 5x premium todays MC

$AKTS Again, Pinhead, you know nothing about investing. I bashed $RESN all the time. I thought their management was the worst. However, when I saw that Murata intended to incorporate them into their business, I bought hand over fist. I tripled my money, bashing all the way. That's what I care about. AKTS is similar now. They are screwing shareholders in a similar vein to RESN--enriching themselves, torching cash, always diluting, always pushing back the "payoff." Fortunately, there are companies out there who don't have BAW filter technology and are candidates to buy AKTS if management doesn't screw shareholders by turning down offers, thinking they will get more later. They might get more total money in an acquisition down the road, but they(and shareholders like me) will get less per share. It's simple enough that a microcephalic like yourself can understand(but you don't care about the stock). So, bring on the SemCo, Murata, Taiyo-Yuden, NXPI, Renasas, OnSemi, MRVL, INTC. SELL!

$OIIM This reminds me of $RESN which also got bought out. I think it had a semi link as well. Volume really low here. Shouldn't take much to send it.
