$ZETA they avoided any discussion on $KBNT ties which makes me believe that accusation is true and $ZETA is guilty of at least some securities fraud. Invest at your own risk.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 1 week ago

$ZETA response to the report is bad in it omits one of the most egregious claims n the report, their relationship to the $KBNT securities fraud. That omission is glaring and intentional. Also the buyback isn’t anything special it’s a nice PR piece to distract but it’s just authorization and even if they used 💯 of the money tomorrow on a buyback it would only be 11% of the total volume that happened today so it really isn’t anything in terms of the total liquidity out there. They are trying to save face and the only denial in the response is they don’t operate consent farms and that denial was based on they follow all applicable laws. The rest was technicalities or the amounts are immaterial to aggregate revenue. That’s not a defense it’s merely sidestepping. AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN ADDRESS THE FRAUD ACCUSATION TIED TO KUBIENT! That was a whole page of the report and by far the worst piece as that CEO already plead guilty to it.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 1 week ago

@Bobert61 interesting the didn’t address the $KBNT piece and cleverly worded it to avoid saying everything in the report was wrong. So it sounds like they are Company-1 and engaged in a fraud scheme? Otherwise why wouldn’t they address it in their retort. They addressed everything else….

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 1 week ago

@Parigol I mean did $ZETA disclose they were subpoenaed by the SEC and USAO relating to $KBNT? Yes. Did the CEO of Kubient plead quirky to securities fraud associated with Company-1 and admit money exchanged hands between the companies and no service was performed? Yes. Do the dates line up for the Subpoena and the fraud? Yes. Is that a one off issue or was it systemic and this is how Zeta has been operating pieces of their business? That we don’t know the report thinks there is more to it and frankly no one on this board knows the truth. But the report provides plenty of information which you can read and lookup to know there is a reason to be concerned.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 1 week ago

$ZETA the short report ties Zeta as Company-1 to n $KBNT Criminal and Securities Cases. If that is true then $ZETA is guilty of fraud. They are still cooperating with SEC subpoenas as the legal proceeding is unchanged from their recent 10Q. If any of that report is right Zeta is in big trouble.

$CAUD CEO was a board member and former CEO of $KBNT during the time this occurred. He isn’t charged with anything but worth noting https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/sec-charges-former-chairman-and-ceo-of-tech-co-kubient-with-fraud-and-lying-to-auditors/ar-AA1qGe6S

$KBNT not that anyone is buying this but atleast there are answers. They filed Chapter 7 in July and yesterday this happened https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/sec-charges-former-chairman-and-ceo-of-tech-co-kubient-with-fraud-and-lying-to-auditors/ar-AA1qGe6S

$KBNT well they fired the CTO finally.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 04/24/24

$DRCT so Marcum resigned but didn’t pull support for the audits they have completed. Which would include the last 10Q. When they resigned at $KBNT their letter was very different and they pulled all their support for their audits. So curious to know if the choice was Marcum reevaluating its client base to focus on larger clients, they were heavily penalized by SEC last year relating to their SPAC work. Or did the company “fire” Marcum by requesting they resign? Looks like we have to wait for a bit longer for an answer but Marcum does state its resignation was not on the grounds of Fraud or violation of Law.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 04/24/24

@Investogater @crdash just saw the auditor resigning, Marcum is a terrible auditor they did $KBNT and were charged with major issues by the SEC last year and are under a watchdog of the SEC right now. But it is concerning.

$APPS under $1 and delist like $KBNT ?

User Image BeeDecay Posted - 02/28/24

@TonyClifton69 100% true. Makes me think of that paper castle of good ‘ol Paul Roberts at $KBNT . How hilarious that chap was. Stuck in the mud without willing to see it. Guess he is back to his previous profession. Tapping beers at one of his restaurants or pubs. Guess he’s good doing that. Cheers 🍻 .

$CAUD presentation is eerily similar to an investor presentation from failed company $KBNT: https://www.slideshare.net/slideshow/embed_code/key/EtDLk5ljNGsVW8?startSlide=1 versus... https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_15bbc370d1f45d2c3c08aa76a3d71e67/kubient/db/934/8353/pdf/Kubient+Investor+Deck+5-27-22.pdf Lather, rinse, repeat. Side effects may include SEC investigations.

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 9 months ago

@oldsparky I never saw anything about fraud I know $KBNT had something years ago but the builders of it long left that company and I doubt it has any value now. Also they don’t own anything to do with Kubient, yet the terms and their pitch is very similar to what Kubient pitched even the name Audience Marketplace was a Kubient product name.

$MGNI Up today on the big APP beat. TTD reports after the bell. Markets want to believe MGNI will thrive -- and this is the quarter they need to prove they can. As I've written numerous times previously, 2023 and 2024 will be consolidation years in ad tech. Some roaches like $KBNT bankrupted themselves last year. This year ankle-biters like $PERI will become footnotes to history. $APP is proving they will survive. Everyone knows $TTD will. The mega-cap players obviously will. MGNI needs to separate itself from the herd this year. PUBM also has a chance and similarly needs to.

$CAUD appoints $KBNT Kubient CDO as new COO . Before that, he was at $LGIQ, which also went from $10 to .03 cents. This guy hasn't been at Ogilvy in 12 years. Press release is a joke. Between him and Peter are a great team, especially useful for turning dollars into pennies.

$CAUD $KBNT People who don’t read shame themselves and I will add to their shame more to hurt because I am not like anyone else MF: Major Customers Approximately 53% of revenues were generated from two customers and 21% of revenues were generated from three customers during the years ended December 2022 and 2021, respectively In the period ended December 31, 2022, the two customers were Quinstreet and Regal Nutra.

$CAUD $KBNT I don’t Tolerate Clowns that don’t read fillings read my detailed replies to this ignorant and take this as well

User Image Mina_Nashed Posted - 9 months ago

@Jimmy3Stylz you don’t know how products make money then you didn’t read the S1 filling for Caud and LGiQ 10-Q before merging , if you can’t read let me know so I can paste it here for you 🤡 , Also you don’t understand what happened to $kbnt and how Paul took the company to 0 and refused Peter help this is why Peter and Chris stepped down 1 year after hiring them, Caud peter asked for 100% Control and a Brent will be even removed soon from the Board, Kbnt Ad fraud protection product is a killer for whoever understands Ad Tech

User Image Jimmy3Stylz Posted - 9 months ago

$CAUD This is hilarious. Can you name one single customer? No? OK how about provide a quick explanation of how the “product” makes money? Of course not. Oh BTW $KBNT is trading at $0.0001 so that is where this is headed too. 🤡🤡🤡

User Image ethoslogos Posted - 9 months ago

@Mina_Nashed @chet__steadman The board had Peter step down just after the IPO but kept him on the board and the audit committee. Regardless of who you want to blame the fact is he signed the statements as CEO during his tenure and approved them as part of the audit committee. I agree it sounds like Paul is in more trouble with the SEC and USAO but that doesn’t absolve Peter’s role and violation of his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders who lost everything in $KBNT.

User Image Mina_Nashed Posted - 9 months ago

$CAUD so not sure about anyone else here but I am in IT field and own a small Ad tech company, I decided to Jump hoops and schedule a call with Peter last week we talked for one hour about kind of everything because I believe the idea he is presenting can boom and if you follow me on Twitter I now accumulated 12k stock, not much comparing to big boys but I wanted actually to go bigger with some investors I know so I had to talk to him for that, Short story All share he owns and everyone else is locked for 11 months from despac date, they can’t short or engage in shorting, they can only buy but right now even buying are not allowed because they just entered a blackout period because of coming earning and possible M&A which considered non public material, He mentioned he is looking into couple of companies one of them his old company $KBNT if you know it; they have the market place patent so he is seeking that. I asked him tons of questions so comment here I might be able to answer.
