$OUT OUTFRONT Media, Inc. leases advertising space on out-of-home advertising structures and sites. Its inventory consists of billboard displays, which are primarily located on the most heavily traveled highways & roadways, and transit advertising displays operated under exclusive multi-year contracts with municipalities in large cities across the U.S. and Canada. Billboards, transportation, stadiums, arenas, subways, etc. $OUT & $LAMR are the two leading out-of-home advertisers/marketers. I like OUT at the moment because it’s just broken out of a consolidation on volume. Pays a better div than LAMR. Small starter to keep on my radar.

@Luczimmer $GEVO I been in this stock years. I know much more about it than you. You could benefit from my loss by paying attention to my warning. But you won't, you'll put money here and lose it. Why not put your money into a dividend paying finally solid stock instead. Growth is slower but at least it's real. How about a REIT like $OUT or $EPR or $O. Or a food play like $WEN paying almost 6%? Why throw your money away on this? I won't put another dime in to $GEVO. They've been pushing dates and targets back for over a year now, issuing press releases to squeeze more money out of people like you. Ethanol isn't a big deal. Lots of better companies doing it. It was SAF that was what held out promise and all those promises turned into excuses for why they had to push the time frames back.

$OUT Revenues now flat w 2019, although OIBDA Q2 143.6 in 2019 vs 124.4 today/AFFO of 96.3 vs 84.8 today. Transit has been terrible but the cash burn out of this segment should cease going forward, and overtime exit or rewrite bad contracts to be more economic. Canada sale takes minimal OIBIDA out the the business(23 did 22.4m sell for 300m) last year business did 451m oibida with transit negative. They will keep doing tuck ins and digital conversions. 8% yield and cheap I like the stock here.

$LAMR $OUT Lamar Advertising downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citi Citi analyst Jason Bazinet downgraded Lamar Advertising (LAMR) to Neutral from Buy with an unchanged price target of $122. Lamar shares are trading near all-time highs and continues to be valued at a premium relative to its closet peer, Outfront Media (OUT), the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that while there may be more upside to the equity if Lamar completes incremental acquisitions, it believes the upside is limited.
