@howardlindzon Same here, np unfortunately. This IPO from earlier in the year was hot out of the gate, got destroyed, and then went on a tear since September. Think this is an IPO to focus on for 2025 similar to how $CAVA was a focus coming into 2024 (diff industries/sectors of course).

@Best4yourbuck IV on the options is way too high to mess around with this. It likely will get back under $100 but it's going to be a while and very hard to profit from the drops unless you time them perfectly. Things like this are fun to watch, but untouchable. There are many other good shorts out there right now that give you a better shot. $APP and $LMND are both in bubble territory, 20-50% drops for both coming in the next year, $EAT, $CAVA, and $SFM all good shorts in the current "safety" food bubble. I could go on, but definitely don't touch this unless it's money you have absolutely no need for and just are having fun.

$MNMD @goral17, You're a harbinger of good fortune, aren't you? Going through your posts, the majority of stocks you've been bearish on are doing extremely well, in some cases up hundreds of %. $TSLA, $DJT, $CAVA, $LMND to name a few. You've also been bearish on $MNMD since the $2 range. 🧐

Bernstein Initiates Coverage on $CAVA with Market Perform Rating, PT at $145 Analyst Comments: "We see Cava as having the potential to be the ‘next big thing’ in the restaurant industry, evidenced by 25% SSS growth over the past three years, doubling its store count, and successfully expanding its geographic footprint. "However, the stock appears priced for perfection. Even with optimistic expectations (~15%+ revenue growth, ~23% FCF) in a 20-year DCF model, intrinsic valuation suggests limited upside at current levels. For healthy returns, investors would need to believe in Cava’s ability to outpace the best long-term growth compounders in the industry. "We expect valuation multiples to fluctuate and await corrections for a more favorable risk/reward profile."

@Danimal1975 they all have same store level margins. Profit margins is what I’m referring to, albeit they all reinvest profits for new store openings; $CMG still manages to set aside more than anyone. 7x $BROS and 2x $CAVA. Makes no sense why this stock isn’t moving. It’s priced as if there is no more growth. At 7000 total domestic stores planned, its current market cap will give it a 10 million a store valuation. They have so much room to get each store to 5 million in sales in the next 5 years from the current 3 million. New in store menu items, new exclusive digital items like birria tacos , and possibly breakfast; which I’m sure is the long term plan given all new chipotle openings at more than 85% Chipotlanes. Stock should be trading at a premium. It’s currently undervalued. They’ve barely penetrated the international market.
At 72 bucks a share it’ll be worth 100 billion
At 100 bucks a share it’ll be worth 140 billion
At 140 bucks a share it’ll be worth 200 billion
