$NTAP i believe in fy 2025 is when the industry will announce in order to scale your AI deployments storage of that data will need to be layered in clusters that are simple to launch and maintain. Netapp has built a strong data management infrastructure system that will allow AI to scale and grow exponentially. Just a bit more patience is needed and waiting for the first to pull the trigger.

I guess I'm a total dunce but I don't understand how $STX has $18B market cap ($23B EV including $5B net debt) with $1.66B revs, 25% gross margins and slim operating margins/FCF. Vs $NTAP which should do $1.7B Q4 revs at 70% gross margin and like 27-30% operating margins + embedded at all 3 hyperscalers with first party services and Tesla etc. STX guided this Q to $1.85B +- 150M, or about 2-22% sequential growth. Sounds like data center demand is coming back and NTAP should benefit here too (I'm thinking NTAP can do $1.85-$1.9B Q1) which would be +10% sequential and spin off $2.40-$2.50 non GAAP EPS) 🧐

$NTAP has been stuck in $6-$6.5 billion annual revenue run rate for a decade. If they put up 1.7-1.8B in Q4 that puts them at basically $7B run-rate exiting the year. Given all flash upgrade cycle at its customer base, AIPod and maybe some other growth drivers + competitive wins/market share gains/growth in ARR, hard to see how NTAP doesn't outgrow PSTG next year which they guided at 10-11%. I'm hoping for 20-25% growth off $7B starting point, or $8-8.5B FY2025 revs which should translate to ~$12 EPS (non GAAP) vs ~$6.75 in FY2024. Should be able to get 25-40x multiple on NTAP FY2025 EPS using PSTG as a comp.

One of best things about $NTAP is it's clean balance sheet. $2B locked in at 2.5% out to 2030. They should be spinning off 2B+ per year in FCF if they ramp sales to $10B over next couple years. Ramp that buyback!!
