I guess I'm a total dunce but I don't understand how $STX has $18B market cap ($23B EV including $5B net debt) with $1.66B revs, 25% gross margins and slim operating margins/FCF. Vs $NTAP which should do $1.7B Q4 revs at 70% gross margin and like 27-30% operating margins + embedded at all 3 hyperscalers with first party services and Tesla etc. STX guided this Q to $1.85B +- 150M, or about 2-22% sequential growth. Sounds like data center demand is coming back and NTAP should benefit here too (I'm thinking NTAP can do $1.85-$1.9B Q1) which would be +10% sequential and spin off $2.40-$2.50 non GAAP EPS) 🧐

$STX: Seagate (-1.7%) is trading lower after reporting Q3 (Mar) results. STX beat on EPS, although it was less robust upside than in Q2 (Dec).
