$OPTT The paragon legal battle combined w/ future capital issues makes me lean towards OPT finally getting sold to another big military giant like $LMT $LHX $RTX $NOC. Since OPT’s secured their ‘foot in the door’ w/ 🇺🇸 gov via their MDAs/Defense products, I would expect you’d see a healthy bidding war well above $1 to maybe $3.00 per share. All these companies could scale it better and make much more profit . And I know we throw around ‘acquisition talks’ far too often on stocktwits but many legit signs point this inevitability. I’ve been slowly adding on this drop and will continue to accumulate. Gonna be fun watching some 🐻 accounts get destroyed when this halts early one morning then opens above $1.00.

$LASE I like this stock. I jumped in and out last week 3x on the news of the $LHX PO. Made a pretty penny and 99% of the time I would walk away and never look back. I’m a bit and run kind of a guy. Unless I’m buying pennys at rock bottom waiting for the inevitable pump, then I’ll hold a bit. But this one has all the fundamentals, partnerships, and POs coming in to make it a solid long. I’m going with a conservative $6.11 by this time next year.

$MRCY $LHX L3Harris Technologies selects Mercury to provide solid-state data recorders Mercury Systems (MRCY) announced it was awarded a $31 million contract from L3Harris Technologies (LHX) to provide solid-state data recorders for the U.S. Space Development Agency's, SDA, Tranche 2 Tracking Layer satellite constellation. L3Harris was selected in January to design and build 18 satellites that will provide near-global missile warning and tracking coverage, with preliminary missile defense, under SDA's Tranche 2 Tracking Layer program. "We are extremely proud to provide the on-orbit data storage capabilities for this important national security mission," said Tom Smelker, GM of Mercury's Microsystems business unit. "The Mercury Processing Platform brings unique advantages to the space domain, with edge-ready products that turn data into decisions."

@Zachh_Attacks I disagree. I believe it isn’t relevant because as mentioned it tells the world we are good enough for one of the top defense contractors in the world which leads to an influx of interest and POs from other companies and/or a straight up buy out buy $LHX or a major player in the industry that doesn’t appreciate the competition. If I were $LASE I wouldn’t sell which could lead to a potential play for the shares. In all of those scenarios the stock continues to 🚀

$LASE why a purchase from $LHX matters; imagine you’re a startup retail goods manufacturer and Walmart gives you a contract. What does that say to the retail world, your product is good enough and sells well enough that they want it and you should too. I would imagine this is the first of many contracts.

@Zachh_Attacks the P.O. Is not as relevant as the fact that $LHX is purchasing their product. It’s the equivalent of a retail goods manufacturer getting a contract from Walmart. It shows value and opens the doors to everyone else. I would imagine this is the first of many to come.

Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 5, 2028. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
