$KWE GD filed S-3 last night. Use of proceeds, possible acquisitions... along with other things. It does make you wonder (me anyway) with zero insiders purchasing stock and all the General Dynamic folks who left to join Kwesst in the past few months if there isn't something else at play here. Feel like I've seen this play out before with pps being absolutely destroyed while the company seems to making progress before being taken out. Regardless next week should be interesting for obvious reasons. $GD
