$GWAV I am not one to post bearish in forums, but know that this company has no problem printing false financials in conjunction with press releases that have no connection to reality — they play by a different set of rules. The CEO and CFO have a combined education of the 8th grade. What CFO for a publicly traded company doesn’t have a college degree? The CEO is too stupid to be trusted on an ER call as he stumbles in speech that comes out as discursive psycho babble. I’m not here to bash people, but know that there is a group that spent the better part of 2 years trusting them and have lost millions. This company is exploiting the public markets to enrich themselves, despite a pump here and there it will ultimately be back in the .03-.05 range before the end of 2024.

$GWAV I see all bears think they'll dilute, why? They have more cash than the entire MC and have said in press releases on more than 1 occasion they're done. Did they say no dilution when they did the convert but did anyways? That would at least help make more sense of your position that he's gonna dilute again. Not to mention, he already converted a ton of his debt to equity...

$GWAV More company-sponsored promotional b.s... take this all with a grain of salt "putting to work" cash in the coffers translates into "cash is gonna disappear" and they will need to do another offering soon enough... they probably will buy the real estate from Meeks to line his pockets as well... really really sad company... not gonna buy their own stock with all that cash are they? nope, because they know it is a TERRRIBLE investment and they want to stick it up Retail's rear ends again with the next offering regardless of where the share price stands...
