$BTTR 👀 $5.14 = .1168 pre RS (44 to 1) I don’t believe any shares were added to the OS post RS So the float is is still under 500k with insiders owning just under 50% of the OS Seems like a bargain to me 🤷‍♂️

$BTTR The Company must submit a plan of compliance (the "Plan") by May 24, 2024, addressing how it intends to regain compliance with Sections 1003(a)(ii) and (iii) of the Company Guide by October 24, 2025. The Company has begun to prepare its Plan for submission to the NYSE American by the May 24, 2024 deadline. one thing i dont get, the Company can repurchase up to $5 million of the currently outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, until December 31, 2024. how does these 2 things connect to eachother?

$BTTR As I stated in my post on 4/3/2024 this BTTR is terrible. Once again screwing the pooch. Management departures, 2 reverse splits, stock buy backs, a law suit, and now non compliance. By the way did I mention 3 out of 4 years of net losses. Do you really think BTTR is capable of formulating a plan to get back in compliance. I would like to be optimistic but over the last 4 years I've watched these guys ruin what had the potential to be a great provider of health food products for pets. Unfortunately not only have I lost tons of money but I've lost complete faith in BTTR. They need to get rid of their entire incompetent board of directors as they are a waste of money and probably a drain of resources. Then hope their executive team can bring life back into this company or even better sell.
