$OPTT Today, Paragon Technologies is announcing its willingness to invest up to $3 million in non-dilutive preferred equity in OPT to save the Company from likely insolvency and put the company on a path to finally delivering value for shareholders. “From day one Paragon has been fully committed to doing what is best for OPT shareholders and we are demonstrating that now by our willingness to put more money into the Company,” states Gad. “Our investment will require our direct involvement in the oversight of OPT, but that is a given considering the value destruction that has occurred in recent years. Instead of diluting shareholders and paying a fee of 3 percent to do so, we are prepared to put real money into OPT and do so quickly.”

$OPTT The paragon legal battle combined w/ future capital issues makes me lean towards OPT finally getting sold to another big military giant like $LMT $LHX $RTX $NOC. Since OPT’s secured their ‘foot in the door’ w/ 🇺🇸 gov via their MDAs/Defense products, I would expect you’d see a healthy bidding war well above $1 to maybe $3.00 per share. All these companies could scale it better and make much more profit . And I know we throw around ‘acquisition talks’ far too often on stocktwits but many legit signs point this inevitability. I’ve been slowly adding on this drop and will continue to accumulate. Gonna be fun watching some 🐻 accounts get destroyed when this halts early one morning then opens above $1.00.

$OPTT well this is flat out sucks! Definitely regretting ever investing in this company a few years ago…. I figured with this kind of technology in the world looking for alternative resources, this would’ve been a lot better than what it was then. Now it’s selling for pennies… I guess I should have gotten out along time ago. Averaging down doesn’t help with a failing company.
