$EZPW Net inventory increased 15%, as expected with the growth in PLO. Inventory turnover decreased to 2.6x for the quarter, from 2.7x and was flat at 2.8x for the year.
For the fourth quarter, store expenses increased 7% and 5% on a same-store basis. For the full year, store expenses increased 10% and 9% on a same-store basis, primarily due to increased labor driven by inflationary and minimum wage increases, and, to a lesser extent, expenses related to rent.
General and administrative expenses increased 11% in the fourth quarter and increased 12% for the full year, primarily due to labor including incentive compensation and, to a lesser extent, costs related to the implementation and ongoing support of Workday.

$EZPW I really like this stock and rode it from 10-12, but the forex headwinds are atrocious. Most new stores are in LatAm so the USD-MXN really needs to reverse before getting back in...

$EZPW Terms of the latest acquisition remain undisclosed as AFAIK. This is probably the reason the stock is trading terrible despite record Gold and a questionable economy. Cohen led management has a history of diluting shareholders.

$EZPW I follow 1 store in the top 10 loan balance of all the stores. PLO is rising fast. Recently past new all time highs now easily reaching new highs consistently. Curious to see if PSC suffers going forward. Makes sense if people need more loans that they will be paying less often on loans. $FCFS

To a guy like me, EZCorp is best thought of as a pawn shop. Pawn shops have been around for a very long time and most people have either been in one or saw a pawn shop TV show at one time or another. So you get how they make their money and the kind of customer who uses them. Traditionally business is good when the economy isn’t. And by all accounts, we have a 50/50 chance of entering hard times next year. Looking at the chart and info below, I could only buy these shares below $12.50 at the minimum (which they currently are) and ideally I’d like to get them for $10 or just a little below that. My price target would be between $20 and $25. And based upon the entry you could wedge yourself into, you could most likely pull off a double. Options are monthly. $EZPW
