$PED $EPM Listened to the watertower fireside. At 15:51 they start talking about Chaveroo field. First 3 wells performing better than they internally modeled. Second development block in second half of the calendar year. There are 12 development blocks total (16K acres).

$PED From $EPM upcoming update on CHAVEROO field: "All three horizontal wells in the first development block have been completed and are currently producing (Evolution has a 50% working interest). These first three wells, on average, were drilled and completed within 10% of the pre-drill cost estimates. Based on results to date, the wells have met or exceeded the pre-drill production estimates and will substantially contribute to operating and financial results in the fiscal third quarter and beyond." "Additionally, Evolution plans to participate for its full 50% working interest in the second development block, which consists of 6 horizontal well locations. The Company fully expects to systematically participate in future development blocks, holding in aggregate over 70 additional horizontal well locations. Future acreage costs are fixed at $36,000 per additional net horizontal well, spaced at approximately 160 gross acres per well."

$PED From $EPM call transcript "...Chaveroo field, we were pleased to announce we drilled, fracked and modified existing facilities for our first three wells, before the end of the second quarter. In February, we finished drilling out the plugs and installing artificial lift on all three wells. The 504H was brought online first and is currently in the process of cleaning up. Even though it is early in the cleanup process, we are encouraged by its performance. After some additional minor facility modifications, we expect to begin producing the 502H and the 503H very soon. We will provide information on this important project as it becomes available."

$EPM Closed and will wait for another entry. CMF looks bad and price is still below 21 day MA. BB KELT volatility squeeze will release soon and based on current price action most likely is down. I still like it long-term but got in too early.
