$PED From OilPrice: According StanChart and their model, the fastest rate of stock draws in the first half of 2024 should happen in May and June, essentially meaning that we are now entering a key period for oil fundamentals that will determine whether the market will tighten further or disappoint. StanChart says the key metric to watch is global oil demand, which they have predicted will hit an all-time high of 103.1 mb/d in May and rise further to 103.8 mb/d in June. The analysts have forecast y/y demand growth at 1.62 mb/d in May and 1.74 mb/d in June. 🌄

$PED From OilPrice: The oil and gas outlook appears more bullish on a global scale. According to commodity analysts at Standard Chartered, oil supply and demand balances show a significant tightening in the current year, a sharp contrast to large surplus conditions of early 2023. StanChart’s model shows a cumulative global stock draw of 189 million barrels (mb) in H1-2024 compared to a build of 218 mb recorded over last year’s corresponding period which overhung the market and flattened forward price curves.

$PED All good but this doesn't need a drone attack, it's production bang that this year will show it has had production grow each Q and Y this year, is gonna turn heads, mark it last I will say until after when I say I told you. But congrats to all, it was a SOB with Covid because they were banging then HALT. Luckily they didn't have to keep the wells going they shut them but since then it has been exactly as Simon said and it boggles my mind all the cash they have and all the new production that grows QoQ then the permits for the 11 wells which they are doing 10 with two rigs now, whatever. This year gonna shock some people, if one really paid attention, but at any rate congrats this is the year and after recognized and followed and they keep up what they have done and will do, icing on the cake.

$PED From OilPrice; Oil prices are set to post a gain this week as a combination of inventory declines, a slowdown in U.S. manufacturing, and escalating tensions in the Middle East boost bullish sentiment.
Investor sentiment and behavior, particularly from hedge funds and other money managers, significantly influenced the oil market trends. Over the past week, there was a notable shift in positions, as evidenced by movements in futures and options contracts. Fund managers increased their net long positions in Brent crude, indicating a bullish outlook on potential supply disruptions due to Middle Eastern tensions. However, the sentiment was not uniformly bullish across all petroleum markets. 🚿

$PED Production numbers through February for NM Chaveroo Field Well I had already pointed out that last year the production numbers for 2023 averaged 14,176 per month in oil and 18,993 for NG and that January the numbers came in as the JPEG below shows which was due to some reworks/cleanouts etc. Chaveroo field through February 2024 BO 32,371 Chaveroo field through February 2024 MCF 36,487 So through February thus far that production is running 2K BO per month higher than 2023 with MCF about flat. That again does not include the new wells with EPM. Their first numbers are in the JPEGs following this post, from which we get 50% while sharing costs and with EPM having a farm in cost to PED per acre.

$PED From OilPrice: “During the quarter, we continued to benefit from our favorable exposure to the international markets, with remarkable year-on-year growth of 29% in the Middle East & Asia, in addition to growth of 18% in Europe & Africa,” Le Peuch added.
Following an “exciting start to the year”, SLB expects growth momentum to continue, the executive noted.
“The oil and gas industry continues to benefit from strong market fundamentals driven by a growing demand outlook. This is resulting in a significant baseload of activity, particularly in the international and offshore markets, closely aligned with the strengths of our business,” Le Peuch said.

$PED crazy evening for a bit there eh? Wonder if this will be a nightly thing until they (Israelis) take out everything they want to take out? I want them to obliterate that BS Navy that screws with shipping and take out out their ability to sell oil as they use the money for terror in a dozen countries, take that ability away, but it is above my pay grade, so we shall just have to see, how this plays out. Crazy, thought it was done last night, sneaky sneaky Israelis https://redstate.com/beccalower/2024/04/19/breaking-reports-of-israel-carrying-out-new-bombing-in-iraq-video-n2173046
