$ASTR so just bringing everyone up to speed, Kemp and London offered 50 cents on every $150 (ipo price) even though the price has never touched that low. They also have at bear minimum, the Apollo thruster business — a viable company with X millions of back orders waiting. In addition, Kemp and London force through this taking private notion without the board any sort of shareholder fiduciary responsibility. Time will tell if the board will be held to account or at bear minimum be subject to an insurance pay out due to actions taken.
