$ADN I voted no to both. Won't matter as insiders hold the majority of shares anyway but I'd love for nothing more than to see them all jobless and embarrassed. However similar things such as rats and cockroaches seem to find a way to survive much like I anticipate they will. They're all paid handsomely so they'll run this grift as far as they can.

$ADN Advent Technologies discloses Nasdaq notice on late filing of 10-K Advent Technologies announced that, as expected, it received a notice from Nasdaq on April 17, 2024, notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with the periodic filing requirements for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 was not filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the required due date of March 31, 2024. This Notice received from Nasdaq has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company's shares. Nasdaq has provided the Company with 60 calendar days, until Sunday, June 16, 2024, to submit a plan to regain compliance. $ADN I’m not sure why I still bother to post here, but I’m seeing a few former scientist/researcher profiles from Advent Boston on LinkedIn whose employment ended in March/April and are now open for work. People in other positions seem to still be there, unless they just haven’t updated their profile yet. My take is all R&D is to moving to Greece & Denmark, and they're turning the Boston lab into just manufacturing, unless this is the first step toward closing it. Hopefully VG will follow the researchers to Greece and we’ll get someone else to run the business.

$ADN My question is about the amount of cash left. The following is based on my assumptions, it is probably wrong and missing details but we also have no recent 10-K, please correct me if possible: End of Q3 2023 they had: unrestricted cash of $3.7M End of 2023 they raised $2M. So they have/had: $3.7M+$2M=$5.7M cash October 2023 - April 2024 is 7 months. Assume they burned about $2.5M each month, so -$17.5M Let's assume they had income they could use of $1.5M per quarter, so +$3M. So we can assume they have cash left of approximately: $5.7M - 17.5M + $3M = -$8.8M. Where did they get the money for the -$8.8M gap? It would be very positive if they managed to get money but especially in these difficult times it would have been very beneficial if they had disclosed this positive news. How did they manage to fill this -$8.8M gap when no one would lend them the money and assuming that they can't use the money they probably got for long-term cooperations/JDAs to pay their day-to-day costs?

$ADN fragile little Greek. Those posts are indeed gone with no response. My disdain for him grows to immeasurable depths. Oops... I forgot... Another poster said we should only say good things about the company so.I should mention grifty was at another marine conference Tuesday and Wednesday in Athens. Do you guys hear the vacuum sucking up all the companies cash for him to travel the world to these conferences where nobody gives a rats ass about their tech? It's almost like he has nothing better to do.

$ADN VG must have a lot to hide, now the truth hurts and VG has no answers. An RS will lead to a total loss in my opinion, the company has nothing real to show at this point in time. Everything is highly speculative, investors have been strung along for the last 2 years leading to losses. Newcomers can gamble here, for existing shareholders this company is a total fiasco! Is there still a production facility here at all? I have never seen any pictures.

I also noticed that several potentially confusing domain names seem not to have not been claimed by your company (..) . These seem a.o. to include e.g. "measured-horizon.com", "measured-horizon.org", "measured-horizon.gr", etc. It seems to me strongly recommendable to consider securing these to prevent issues regarding third parties securing these domainnames for the wrong reasons. On a side note, as investor, I think there is room for improvement in how to communicate with your shareholders. Given the turbulent times enhanced transparency and regular updates may significantly improve investor relations and bolster more confidence in your company. Thank you for considering the above."
