$VRNOF executive pay needs to be tied more to stock performance. And this is yet another example of that. John Tipton of verano needs to help make sure company meets its objectives in Florida market for next quarter if he can’t due that resign. All he has done since he has been at helm since 2022 is burn through money to build new dispensaries. He has no prior experience in this industry as Dickman family put him in this industry and it was a big mistake made by them. He isn’t qualified for this and it’s finally catching up to John through the companies $ numbers in Florida.
