$MVST I must preface this by saying that I don't rely too much on the chart, given that short selling still accounts for more than 50% of intraday trading. However, based on the Bollinger Bands, we can expect a decrease to $0.54, followed by a bounce back to $0.57. If this scenario is confirmed, we could say that the trend is consolidating and bullish. Still, I don’t rely on the chart because I’ve always been much more faithful to fundamentals than to market sentiment. A company with a revenue growth rate averaging 40% YoY for four consecutive years, an EPS of $0.05 (keep in mind that the share price is around $0.6), and a PS ratio of 0.62x... I truly believe it’s a company that’s significantly undervalued by the market. And for this reason, I think that holding is the best choice, even if it were to reach the analysts' price target.

Battery Market:
- Current market: ~$120-150B annually
- Expected to grow to $500B by 2030
As it is driven by EV adoption (due to its massive efficiency engine-wise and economically wise), energy storage (solar is extremely way more practical and safe and economical to develop than nuclear and the path to energy production increase will very likely be solar in near future, and solar needs batteries and a whole a lot no matter what producer type of demand, energy alternative UPS systems, etc…), electronics (also a continuing part of demand as computers use batteries and servers too etc. and their adoption and usage are only growing…)
If Microvast only captures 10% of the Current Battery Market (not the expected to grow market, 500B$ minimum) which is 120B$ minimum, that’s 12B$ revenue, a 30x increase of current revenue which is only increasing year by year for the past 5 years by 40-50%, as it’s a business model that works / does the job.
Now a market cap of 180m$ with a 370m$ revenue in a battery friendly environment with Elon Musk now best friends with the current elected President of the United States, doesn’t it mean that this market cap and stock value will at the very minimum 10x and quite likely 20x and likely that it may go to 100x even in a longer horizon?!
Do you think that a pardonMyFrench a canceled contract due to “Chinese” origins by a pathetic paranoid and stupid current presidency will stop this stock like it has done for the past months, and the stupid / maybe paid for, short sellers (like Tesla had a while back ago)(now go look at it!)…will kill this stock?! You must not be thinking clearly. Now, enters an era of innovation, and production increase, as regulations and hurdles will be removed and fixed so much, such that even a bad business model might be able to actually do something in that environment.

$MVST while I do think Microvast is v undervalued, I have to say that Wu is greedy and super unfriendly towards the investors. Look at the convertible loan he gave to the co in May, any PE taking a deep look at that would demand the same or better and 150m (converts) investment on that basis would just about take the entire company. The converts are so fucked. I think he should step down and be replaced with a real American CEO who isn't so greedy.
