$CRLBF $CURLF $MSOS JBTrades posted something like this the other day. Not calling him out or whatever. These are really good concerns and questions the had. But at the end of the day, the “black market” will literally have ZERO effect of the rescheduling/decriminalization/ or legalization. It would literally boost up the sales of the dispensaries because again, no one in legal/rec states are growing their own weed unless it’s a hobby because theres is no point. Drug dealers are buying weed from the dispensaries and re selling it.

$CRLBF $CURLF $MSOS 1G carts for $30 is normal where I’m originally from (Michigan). Some dispensaries have 5 for $100 deals. Not unusual at all. Also, yeah sometimes its to get rid of the old product for new. This doesn’t have to do with the black market. There will always be people selling weed and people buying weed in medicinal/recreational states. Convenience to them. If I can call someone to deliver 3.5 to me I will do it. And 90% of the time I can guarantee you the weed they are selling, they bought from the dispensary! Lol. People in medicinal/legal states aren’t growing weed unless it’s a hobby nor are they bringing weed from out of state. There is ZERO point because weed is everywhere there.

$CURLF $CRLBF $MSOS Wow I hadn’t looked at menus in Massachusetts for a while since NY went recreational and established legal black market. I can’t believe what I saw. The prices are 1/3rd of what why were and the curaleaf products are sold for cheaper by 3rd party dispensaries in mass than curaleaf products in NY. Is curaleaf dumping older stuff soon to expire in mass or are they just able to sell 1G select carts for $30 and make money?

$CRLBF remember when Mitch McConnel was lead in the senate and he had a safe banking bill sitting on his desk collecting dust for ever. Now im pretty sure Chuck Schumer has the same bill sitting on his desk waiting to get a vote, but its also just collecting dust. Now McCONNEL made it pretty clear it would never get a vote, but Schumer keeps telling us he is working hard to pass the bill. Now we all know democrates have the majority in the senate and they want the bill passed. Did Schumer for get you have to take the bill to the floor, because its been months.
