$RIG $DO $VAL $TDW $NE Added back two more names this morning in addition to my core offshore holdings. I believe there is short term asymmetrical risk favoring the upside. However, as always, I can be very wrong and will need to manage the trade.

The only reason I found out about $DXYZ is because I looked at @MarketSurge New Relative Strength High list. Here are the rest of the top 10 names today: $MNMD $PLAY $TDW etx. Some are already super extended for fresh swings.

@Devils123 I believe a leader is $TDW (I've been in it for a while). I'm also in $VAL and $SMHI along with $NE. Watching RIG and DO but there are others as well. I'm sure you saw $SLB's acquisition today.

IMHO, based on company reports, offshore drillers are in the midst of a longer term up-cycle. My biggest holding in the space is $TDW :

$TDW NICE.....Momma needs new shoes!! Tidewater price target raised to $110 from $90 at BTIG BTIG raised the firm's price target on Tidewater to $110 from $90 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is citing expectations of continued increase in pricing and utilization amid increasing offshore construction spend and rising rig activity, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BTIG adds that despite the ongoing concerns around global oil demand, the IEA recently revised up its 2024 demand forecast to about 1.3M barrels per day.
