$SDOT at this point.. even tho I wouldn't want it done in a growing company. But you can buy back now and then just reissue shares in the future if you can strap down capital for a period of time. The company would value the most in this situation and shareholder returns being taken care of as well.

$SDOT If the stock loses too much value and the company management does not find this to be compatible with the company's situation, it publishes a letter to the shareholders. I've seen some companies do this to show shareholders that they care. To be honest, CEO Roper could publish a letter to shareholders and write: "Lovely shareholders, whom I enjoy fucking, I see the share price, it is my work, I deliberately lowered the share price, I wanted to let you know."

$SDOT Interesting Altium Capitals (who i believe was given warrents "over 2,000,000 shares" and has sold over 600,000 shares of Sadot, last ive seen) founder Jacob Gottlieb previously founded a fund "Visium Asset Management" that was was involved in a trading scandal and would end up liquidating in 2016, two emplyees were charged but Jacob was not, nonetheless he would go on the create Altium Capital and that prior scandal left a bad reputation. Some on reddit have claimed it's not uncommon to witness companies stock fall after Altium takes a position. Job offers posted by Altium in the past have seeked people with experience with short selling. Jacob himself has written on short selling "https://medium.com/@jacobgottlieb44/shorting-stocks-an-explainer-6209ead15a1d". I am not claiming that this recent price movment was caused by Altium but it is concerning that Sadot keeps doing business with shady funds. Hopefully with these new investors they claimed in their last 10Q, Sadot will not need to be funded by these guys anymore

$DELL $NVDA $SDOT $TSSI up 43% since posting and I got haters for it too. Hmmmm. This thing is still just at the beginning. Weekly chart soon to have a silver and golden cross. Daily just had them both and she’s still moving. With DELL collaborations going on right now with AI, this will be at its all time high by the end of the year, IMO

$SDOT Delisting is May 6th but I’m sure they will get 180 day extension. If not they will have to reverse split. Typically they do it two weeks before the deadline.

$SDOT I think we all realize Yorkville is a shady fund but Sadot has not issued any more shares to them and has more then half of its principle paid down also you seem to be glossing over the fact the yorkville cannot convert notes that will exceed 4.99% of the companies ownership. A growth company using equity to finance its self let alone for trade financing isn't shocking. This price i believe reflects the market pricing in the potential dilution Yorkville conversion would bring

$SDOT This isn't even the same SEPA for Sadot, this is a copy paste from a Albert on reddit referring to Vinfast. Albert was not referring to the short position from Yorkville but Vinfast insiders using Yorkville as a tool to dump their position. I have no evidence this is going on with Sadot. The floor price has been triggered and Yorkville will charge and additional 8% and will not convert lower than $0.33. The new letter states they will not convert the bond unless the conversion price is equal to the fixed price of $1.1495 and will suspend any monthly payments through Aug 1st but Sadot will pay just over $1,000,000 in 3 months. If Im misunderstanding something plz explain that isn't a copy paste. From my understanding Sadot has not had any advanced notice agreements to issue more equity for a loan from Yorkville
