$SANP I was a massive supporter of this until it all came crashing down. Lots of money gone. I too ridiculed the naysayers because I believed in Frank and what he was doing. It is abundantly clear he is a shyster and the reason he remains living abroad is because he would likely face prison time for his shenanigans if he were to reside in the States. Fair warning, do not touch this or any iteration, period. He is always going to file paper next week or hire staff next week or big plans coming next month. Nothing comes to fruition. He posts just enough to pull you along by your nose ring. As much as this pains me to say, George Sharpe was spot on. Sorry Georgie boy. If you still have money here, it's gone. Rebuild with another ticker. Good luck my former SANPsters.

The authorized shares shall be 20,000,000,000. This reverses and nullifies a prior action authorizing a reduction in the Corporation's post-split authorized shares."
