$RGS not really as they exit the RE which is 50% of revenue is a pass through so sort of $100mm of fictitious revenue … remaining rev will get dragged down as co has to make some concession to franchisee as the co no longer fronts the lease … even if they offload the leases in a transaction their will be a negative implication

$RGS This seems to be heading a bit lower. I have a couple stops along they way. I set a fairly big buy order at 6, ust in case it sees a big drop. Of coarse I set alerts along the journey.

$RGS starting 3/27/24 the PIK interst calc on debt goes up 50%. Reading through K why do they still show ownership in empire education did this never close??? Was sold in 2020 maybe included bec they still have liability from it - anyone….

$RGS pretty dramatic volatility and dip this week with no news, even for a low volume stock like this. I wonder if it could have to do with some betting on some Smartstyle news or data out of the $WMT earnings, followed by a gradually dump after there was no mention in their ER

$RGS Big pull back here lately. Thought about adding today,but not much happening on the news side of things. Waiting on a bit lower range here yet. Probably could have bought a bit today to cover any gains after the recent pull back. Time will tell. Still bullish overall.
