$RGF The more we wait, the more investors are exiting. 3 cents away from ALL TIME LOW. No real investor or institution wants to buy this without a release of financials first. Why are they doing this?

$RGF made it an even $40,000 shares today to bring cost basis down to $0.39. Just too cheap. Looking for a filing to enable their r/s vote to happen. Next 6 weeks

$RGF I would be VERY surprised if we get all the financials to be released before their proposed r/s and dilution. I would think after, so the lenders that are getting equity stakes can cashout when the price rises from ERs releases. So maybe Q1 2025. So I guess I'm just HODL until then.

$RGF I'm holding because even though I think Old Execs were and New Execs are incompetent, I do still believe in the product line. I do believe they have received massive revenue just based on my anecdotal experience with viewing them at Costco, Target and other stores.

$RGF My amateur read on yesterday’s filing. Please correct any errors or misinterpretations. They are formally approving the new shares they already promised to Emblem and PMC as part of either debt amendments or new loans in the last few months. Those new shares (+50% and +25% based on 34m outstanding to start?) would bring the total to around 60m??? If so, it’d be trading at ~$18m, which is still stupid cheap for a company with $50m and rev well above $100m. Even the highest R/S (30:1) would mean only 2m total shares existing, most locked up by long holding institutions (Emblem and PMC). The free shares would be microscopic, the need for additional dilution would be basically nil because they already have such a strong cash position through the Sept $60m financing with Emblem, and this could absolutely 🚀with the release of earnings. Am I wrong???

$RGF They apparently are instantly going to dilute with the r/s, instead of waiting to 12/25. That's what it sounds like. It sounds like 75% of outstanding shares will be diluted with the r/s. I hope it's priced in, but I don't think so....I hope I'm wrong.

$RGF aren't the PMC warrants old news as part of loan amendment last spring? aren't they also restricted and unable to be converted til 12/25? does this change that and make them immediately exercisable???

$RGF to dumb it down. Those loans to keep the company alive didn’t come free. They represent in total 75% of the common share value. This isn’t anything new, this all came out in the recent filings but this is essentially announcing the vote to allow for all those things to occur including a reverse split. Given this was all known to a degree it’s baked into the current share price. I’d argue that the market is still pricing in a lot of bad down here. They are now solvent and working to remain listed. Once they file this could get really interesting.

$RGF I think the filings get us over a dollar. The reverse split occurs after that. So you have a shareholder price around 5 and they they dilute? A wild ride coming, I think.

$RGF Can someone explain the dilution filing? They want to dilute 75% of its outstanding shares?? It seems their goal all along was to get to the cheapest possible price and dilute a boatload of shares onto us instead of just releasing the financials.
