This action follows a comprehensive review by the company's management and audit committee. The company is working diligently to finalize the restatement process. $PWFL 1 of 2 - PowerFleet to restate certain financial statements Powerfleet announced its intention to adjust its historical accounting treatment for the redemption premium associated with its Series A convertible preferred stock, which was fully redeemed in connection with the closing of the company's business combination with MiX Telematics Limited on April 2, due to a technical accounting issue. This will result in the restatement of its financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2022, and for each of the interim periods during the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. The technical accounting issue was identified during the final stages of the preparation for filing of the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 and has been determined by the company to require adjustment to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles....

Brokerages are beginning to raise their price targets on $PWFL but they’re still too low. Their price targets should be very close to $13. They’ll eventually get there.

I’ve been posting comments about $PWFL for a couple of weeks now. And as a result, other traders have gotten in on this trade at prices below $4. If that’s you, congrats. Today I’m finally starting a position at prices just above $5. So I’m a little late to the party but it just shows you I’m not front running my ideas for quick profits. It’s not ethical and I simply don’t do it. You see my ideas posted here as I find them. And many traders benefit earlier than I do and actually make more from those ideas than I do. And I’m happy for them. But I’m in this trade now. The pros have a price target of $8. You can see it on the spreadsheet below. To me that seems like a low bar to obtain. My target is much higher at $13. I actually think my number is more accurate but I suppose we’ll see. So I’m looking for better than a double here.

$LUNR ok, someone said that an offering isn’t generally a bad thing if it’s used for growing the business. Let us check $PWFL 27th January 2021 they did an offering for “general corporate purposes…” Not for survival (like someone said that would be the reason an offering would be bad) Please see that on the day of the offering, the price closed 7% down while the very next day it fell some 28% and closed for the day down 15%. $PWFL short term bearish (on price). the business itself COULD be the real deal but still too early and price moved up too fast. while margins are going up and product development headed right way with SAAS model seeming to gain traction, the revenue growth rate will have to accelerate to support continued stock price appreciation. 10% growth can't support 40% share appreciation. If price dips below $3.85, i may jump back in. For the moment, i'm happy with a 37% gain in 3 weeks, and moving into $SNDL due to stock-specific & macro momentum, and with rare added feature of being a value play (below book), in a growth industry.
