@Eyore self-storage companies are basically REITs. I like $PSA but would like it better at 200. In your case, I think healthcare would be that type of trade as it has taken a big hit after the UNH CEO killing. Healthcare-related REITs have trailed the downside. Looks good on a daily/weekly timeframe but I start to second guess on a longer term timeframe (monthly charts). https://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=111&f=ind_reithealthcarefacilities&o=-change I think the market is really struggling on the long-end of the yield curve (longer term inflation) which is the problem with RE which is typically a LT investment and not a trade
