$IREN We are more comparable to $DLR than we are to Mara and they are always scooping up large land owner/Data Center operators such as IREN. Wells Fargo just upgraded them 30 minutes ago to $155 from $135. They trade at 48x P/E compared to our approx 1.5X P/E 12month forward They trade at 2.5x book compared to IREN who trades at about 0.85x book approx. Wells Fargo analyst sees "numerous catalysts ahead" Wells Fargo analyst and others need to remove head from ass and listen to JO Morgan anslyst who like other IREN covering snalysts gives IREN a minimum 100% upside with current target of $10.50 or higher. I have the strongest suspician that a takeover of ITEN is in tge works at this very moment because IREN is in tge right place at the right time doing the right thing with the right people & trading at the wrong(too cheap) price. $msft , Amazon & otters are desperate for our services. CoreWeave has virtually same revenue as us yet trade at 30x our m. cap

Banks will barely lend to a 1:1 depositor but will oversubscribe credit facilities to 12x leveraged data center companies with no deposits + Institutional capital pouring into the industry That alone should be enough to seal the deal AND with the exception of $VRT, these are all REITs, so you're buying the real estate too...
