@Cashmomeyman If they can pull off the potential full 750MW site at Lake Mariner as a Tier 3 Data Centre, I honestly believe we could x10 from here. Just look at other companies in that sector, e.g. $DLR and $EQIX.

$EQIX I got shaken out of this at a break even after a short report hit the market. No current position, but my comment aged well. AI data centers are a mega growth business. I'm just not confident data center REIT's are the way to play. They seem richly valued vs the growth rates.

$WULF $BTC.X I added shares today, which is what all y'all should be doing on red days. The Bears showed up in force today to shovel some more FUD towards $WULF. Ignore the Bears with all their bad language. They love to hurl insults like "bulltard" and "bullcuck", while providing absolutely zero Due Diligence. And ignore all their "technical analysis". $WULF is fundamentally strong. $WULF is down 5% and the Bears are acting like they won something. LOL! Terawulf is still massively undervalued, by about 50X. $WULF will eventually trade at similar valuation to $EQIX, another data center company with similar (750 MW) of computing power.
