@SocialYoutube Solid insight. I’m very long term focused and have been accumulating HIMS since SPAC. It’s my largest holding. Traders, shorts, and the like definitely can give great entry points for those still building out their position. I guess it becomes more annoying when your specific vantage point is based on a fully built out position, where volatility is no longer advantageous to self. Many of my posts are meant to shed light to novice investors on the truths of movement in the market. Sometimes I like to vent though lol. Trust me… 15k shares, averaged up from $9 average to $15.40 average. I have high conviction here and would still add at this price if I wasn’t fully built. Check out $ONFO when you have a sec. Let me know what you think. You can also check out Dominick Wells, the CEO on YouTube. I have high conviction here too. Good fundamentals… very much the ground floor

$ONFO the only reason this is down is because idiots couldn’t read and differentiate between preferred and common stock. It’s just a reaction to the over reaction on Friday. This is a gift. If anybody is reading this, open your account and buy shares.

$ONFO here it is. Fire Sale prices thanks to the massive stupidity of Frday ATC. You will never see $1.25-30 again for $ONFO and a year from now when it is 3x or so some of you will be kicking yourselves.

$ONFO For those who are visiting this board for the first time: NASDAQ listed $6.5 million market valuation (assumes $1.26/share) $12 million revenue run rate Just turned profitable No analyst coverage 5.2 million common shares outstanding Probably less than half that in the float. CEO has never sold a single share since their IPO 2+ years ago and has bought securities in the open market since then. The company acquires profitable online businesses, mostly focused on digital advertising and marketing companies. They typically buy companies for 3x to 4x earnings. Each new acquisition going forward could make a meaningful impact to their pre-tax profit. The company has common shares and preferred shares. The common shares do not pay a dividend. The existing preferred shares (Series A) have historically been issued at $25 per share. The preferred share dividend is $0.75 per quarter, or $3 per year, which is a 12% dividend yield. If you have questions, post here.

$ONFO It does appear that management does not care about the stock price of shareholders interest in the short term. They sent out a shareholder letter, but did not put it on a press release… just emailed it to shareholders. At some point, they have to realize that a strategy needs to be applied to public perception of the company, just like it does to the actual company itself. I do see the vision of the CEO, but the CEO has got to say something before this gets destroyed by shorts on Monday

$ONFO what a shit show. Morons cannot read a press release and think they are scooping $3 in dividends with a 1.60 stock. Now the geniuses who have no idea what the company does will be dumping their remaining stock they paid $2+ for on Monday morning. Last chance for the rest of us to scoop discounted securities as it continues its march higher.

$ONFO micro float, no debt, no dilution in sight. Was profitable the final month of the last quarter. A full quarter of profitability will send this skyrocketing. Whispers of a new purchase as well!

$ONFO I have been watching this for a while. With a P/B ratio of 2, it's a little pricey considering the quarterly losses. They are increasing revenue and decreasing losses each quarter. Might be profitable in a year or 2. Forming a bull pennant on this daily pullback. I might start scaling in if the volume picks up.
