$ABR I am calling it that 10 year rate will bottom soon, 10 year bond rates have rallied very hard and kissing 4.7%. In Nov we peaked at ~4.9% and before we knew Fed would pause. At these levels it will have a direct impact on inflation so Fed will sit back and get it's 2%. $AGNC, $NEP, $ET, $ABR offering great entry points.

$NEP Added here today at 27.07. 10 year bond rate at 4.6% will do some additional work on inflation if it stays elevated for a bit thus Fed just needs to hold steady for a bit longer. Rate cut fears with expected choppiness and cross currents while landing could be anticipated....things are not always linear as we want. Just being smart and procuring this great yield while it lasts.

$NEP This is all about rates and cash flow. Increase in CF and it should move up. A drop and it moves down. Rates need to move much lower by next year as NEP will have some CEPF buyouts coming due after 2026 are approx. 2.25% if I remember correctly. Haven't bought back in, but may do so after financials come out. I too was concerned with NEE not presenting NEP in mid March

@AnchorsAweigh big inflection point, lots of heavily shorted names getting a bid, probably just some short covering.. but also look at weekly in something like $NEP (rate sensitive name example, but also TAN etc..), looks like it wants higher which “coincides with data”.. anything else you’re watching reaction of this week(usdjpy, gold etc.?)..
