$UNEC I don't have the bulls hitting the high yet. I still think they go for 63+ zone (iffy for 64 but doable 64.1). When the bulls hold a higher low at at 61.9-61.8 or near proximity, they are still ok. So far, the path and time is at the road path, therefore. you'$ll need to decide what you will do....will you stay for the possibility for 67-68? or will you cash out and short? If not shorting, then do a standby cause if this road is my chosen road, the bulls will be xrying.

This marks the start of a new chapter for LL Flooring (LLFLQ) and we are working closely with F9 Investments to ensure a seamless transition for our customers. $LL I just don't understand l, they kept on refusing to sell above 5, and then 3 and 2s l, but ended up filing bankrupt. Should those screwing shareholders be in jail? What will F9 do with their shares?

$LL Not in this stock. Was never in this stock. But, it is a rather interesting mess to watch develop: the former owner is back, an offer from Live Ventures to buy the company and a certain activist investor's involvement. Anyway, here is some "rescue" news for you. https://wtop.com/business-finance/2024/09/ll-flooring-founder-to-rescue-company-from-bankruptcy/

$LL $LLFLQ did anyone here hang on while it traded basically worthless in the Expert Market the past couple weeks? I tried to mention F9 would save some face here! Likely value for equity holders with this new last minut asset sale purchase agreement from by F9. Looks like $.59 cents per dollar on inventory, the DC sale for $104M will pay off most of the creditors, and 216 stores will still operate as a going-concern.. Tom was probably the guy buying up shares weak hands were selling for tax losses in the expert market to help salvage his own cost-basis on shares. I could see atleast $.50+ value for shareholders come next week! Tom eventually got his wish by being patient, withdrawing offers, and maybe accumulating the liquidating shares might just pay off for him and shareholders

$SPY $QQQ another one bites the dust. $LL filing for bankruptcy and closing all its locations. How much do you want to bet these layoffs don't funnel into that nifty Birth- Death model the BLS uses to create jobs that don't exist. $TLT bonds sure are giddy going into non farms. I think just south of 100k added jobs is likely a NEGATIVE print post revisions on all new data. I think that's why there was such a big reaction to the 114k jobs added as everyone on the street knows the BLS is overestimating ( they just dont talk about it in public). Keep that in your toolbox. UE rate will fall before rising again as the bulk of new job cuts are white collar with severance. $STUDY first white collar, then blue collar which won't receive severance. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/yourmoney/store-closures/article-13817351/retailer-closing-stores-ll-flooring-lumber-liquidators.html

User Image CashFloTrading Posted - 08/25/24

@tradestockforfun @PMD777 @Bryanreynolds85 I believe so! The only hope now is that $LL $LLFLQ will continue to upload documents related to the Stalking Horse Bid valuation and required documents to get back to the Pink Sheets from the Expert Market. If we get clarity on the bids for the company that could assist with a better sell price on the expert market. I feel the people liquidating the past week or so, so even below par value $.008 are selling to the Stalking Horse Bidder on the open market.
