@millertyme75 $NNDM have 2 new board members who have been observers on the BOD for over a year. The BOD went from 8-9 and may go to 10, depending on vote adding YS back on. Murchison is still trying to get the vote out before 12/1 cutoff. $DM and $MKFG are still moving forward and expected to close. If Yoav Stern is smart, he is buying the cheapies again with his own money before the move up. If he bought around 2.50 last year in May, I don't see why he wouldn't be buying around 2 now....

$NNDM They have answered all the questions from CFIUS and expect $DM to close in days. They are unaware of anything preventing it from moving forward.

$NNDM YS will cut revenues where it makes sense to move acquisitions to profitability. In other words, more important that 340M in revenue (2023) being added is a reduced amount that leads to profitability. THIS is what you want to hear. Who cares if you have 340M in revenue if you are losing net negative for it (bleeding). If ultimately it means we are gaining.. say.. 100M in revenue from $DM and $MKFG acquisitions to cut losers such that we are profitable, then SO BE IT. This then moves to a 160M rev company that is break even or better, profitable.

$NNDM Something to chew on: I've been here for several years. I have NEVER seen so much bearish FUD attempts at influencing people to sell out and/or vote against the BOD recommendations. Murchinson is DESPERATE to get you to do this before the 12/1 AGM vote deadline and the closing of the $DM acquisition. Someone started a rumor that the deal with DM was falling through, which caused a DM flash crash of nearly 20% (maybe Murch shills did that too with shares they acquired) and some here benefited from that by buying in the upper 3s. Truly these Murch guys are on the ropes. I am not saying they can't create mayhem here with the number of shares they own. But they are nearing a time when they will simply be along for the ride (with us) until they decide to sell.
