$DJT here’s my theory. DJT will buy $LION $LGF.A which will instantly give them access to thousands of titles and a revenue stream. Why do I think that? DJT has a $2.5b SEPA with Yorkville Advisors which gives them access to capital very quickly. For example if there’s a short squeeze. Steven Mnuchin, Trumps former Sec of Treasury has now acquired over 10% share of Lions Gate. Lionsgate has recently separated its studio from Starz network. They have Truth+ now anyway. When do I think this will happen? Who knows. What if Trump loses? I think it will still happen but the stock might get demolished. I don’t know. I’m just a guy so DYOR

@allen4prez check out ManU or Endeavor. they offered public shares for liquidity, let the bottom fall out, and then took the company private. This is apparently a popular strategy now. Even Lionsgate just tried to copy shari redstone’s strategy a couple months ago...if you want an entertainment ”pure play” go buy some shares of $lion

$PLUG $PARA $LION Lol, the TCM channel is so profitable 🤣 Streaming requires a constant flow of NEW SHOWS and theater releases (events as per the global commie nomenclature) are projected to reach 10% of STREAMING SHOWS (currently 50-50, then 90-10) Netflix isn’t innovating much either. they are done growing

$PARA Not interested in selling my shares for $15 as the company is worth more than that. Dec 2026E EPS is $1.76, add an 11x multiple and you get $19+. That does not include further debt reduction from BET sale, cost synergies or a historical partnership (imagine a deal with Apple to share all content on both platforms). Why pay Skydoom $4.5B for its company. I would rather acquire Lions Gate $LGF.A $LION studio and library. No to SkyDoom! Go Edgar!!!
