Cheers on both of us making a nice mint hopefully. I'm thinking this is the first of many domino's to fall. You think this puts pressure on government to pass SAFE? I do.

$HITI $CBSTF $GTBIF $CURLF $JUSHF The DEA rescheduling on #cannabis from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3 is a once in a century event not seen since the end of alcohol prohibition (1933). Cannabis will be for the 21st century what alcohol was for the 20th. Many investors & traders may take profits early but I plan to hold (or keep rebalancing from higher to lower valuation stocks). I think the best gains will only come over the span of several months, with confirmation of uplisting & the entry of institutional investors. $JUSHF I did not realize Jushi market cap is only 125 USD and they have 100 million USD in senior secured debt owing to $SNDL that matured this year. It will be really interesting to see how the refinancing shakes out

@GOODluck19 Both are highly levered to S3 and transition to adult use. $JUSHF had a bit of a set back with Virgina but I am still optimistic about S3 and adult use coming to Penn. Presently have a good position in JUSH (about 800K shares). I don't own $AYRWF but think the profile is similar with exposure to adult use in Florida (amongst others). I suspect if S3 is coming the warrants on this name may ultimately have the biggest bang for the buck.

He saw the error of aggressive capital consumption The "reckoning" he mentions came for global cannabis (not just canadian market) and he was prepared to snap up global assets at distressed prices, including US assets (including credit investments which could turn into equity stakes ( $CBSTF $JUSHF, $MSOS ETF constituents )). And right before descheduling.....
