$CAVA Bearish long-term on CAVA for a multitude of fundamental reasons, and holding over 30k$ in short/put positions with 2025 targets... BUT I'll be hedging with 11/15 160C in the chance that MMs run this up to kill puts mid-week, while selling calls with a fade towards 11/15 opex max pain of ~145 Existing 11/15 opex max pain is 137 with calls outweighing puts, but since both the 12/20 max pain of 105 and 01/17 max pain of 80 have puts already outweighing calls, I could see it being a slow fade as opposed to a crash (barring some outside macro factors like Yen Carry Trade 2.0, etc) But I'm not a time-traveling cat, so who knows... :) $CMG $FWRG $WEN

$FWRG First Watch Restaurant agreed to acquire 16 franchise restaurants for $49M First Watch Restaurant Group announced it has agreed to acquire 15 of its franchise-owned restaurants, one restaurant currently under construction and corresponding development rights in North Carolina and South Carolina for an aggregate purchase price of $49 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis, subject to certain customary adjustments. The restaurant currently under construction is expected to open prior to the closing of the transaction.

$DENN don’t be surprised if this company is bankrupt within 10 years. They think bringing tablets and a dumb little robot is going to save them, it’s not. Especially, when you have $FWRG that uses fresh ingredients for nearly the same price while Dennys keeps using margarine and fake eggs. Only thing that keeps them alive at this point is the weekends and they’re open 24 hours.
