$FWRG I live in Florida, and there are a couple of First Watch Rests in my area. My wife introduced me to it, the variety in the menu is pretty amazing considering is breakfast, and customer service is similar to what you get in Trader's Joe, the food is really good. It's like going out to dinner but for breakfast. Business wise reminds me of Chipotle a bit. I'm just watching the stock for now but very interesting.
