$CTHR Almost time for the 10-Q and still no 10-K (6 months behind), I may just need to short this again for delist and loss of assets. I think Tdruck has a point down below.

$CTHR my theory is that the arbitration meeting went poorly for them. They’ve been ordered to pay more money to Wolfspeed than the cash they have. So they are trying to appeal it or negotiate it. If they disclose the truth then there will be a desperate sell off. So they disclose nothing, they kick the annual report down the road a few months. At best they are able to negotiate a repayment plan with wolfspeed. At worst, they survive a few more months.

$CTHR Investing in this company is like betting on a blind kid to make a shot in basketball, could the kid make it sure, but is it gonna happen highly unlikely. I just shipped out a large order of Moissanites for $20 a ct... this company still sell it for $327 AND CANT MAKE MONEY lol

I found you an Oversold RSI (Relative Strength Index) on the daily chart of Charles & Colvard Ltd. Is that bullish or bearish? $CTHR #RsiOversold #NASDAQ

$CTHR Where is the annual report? Its been 3 months since the close of the quarter, and there has been only silence. Things must be a total mess internally.

$CTHR $IWM $TNA $RUT $XRT First, CTHR's Enterprise Value currently is NEGATIVE, so CTHR is insanely cheap. Second, CTHR's insiders have skin in the game, so their interests' are aligned with shareholders'. Third, CTHR's CEO bought more shares and increased his position a few months ago: https://hedgefollow.com/stocks/CTHR/insider-trading

$CTHR As you all know this company is shit. However the reason why I had to cover is because its assets are now higher than the company worth. The lawsuit is a wild card in this and IMO will owe some money, however, my projection of value (loss) is already price in.
