$CTHR Board eliminates their salaries and CEO and CFO cut by a whole 10% but things are going great according to Don from last call. Board needs eyes wide open not just squinting at managements empty dreams.

$CTHR I can buy some sizes of moissanite for the same price as CZ now... Factories in china are pumping it out! This company needs to dissolve, really has no place in the industry anymore.

$CTHR Charles be tripping but it does look like there's decent support at $2.00. Volume is still pathetic but that can change at the moment's notice.

@CharlieMar it’s been a wild since you post on $CTHR. What’s the story about you asking for a seat on the board? Any news on that? Any interaction with them so far? As you said, I feel the Board has no idea of what to do and how to change this trainwreck situation. But complaints ( surely unheard and I’d assume mostly coming from unqualified people in the industry) are as useless as the Board and the management of the company. So, unless you sold your position and you still have that +5% voting power that you presumably have, what are you going to do?

$CTHR board doesn’t know what they’re doing, wasting investors money. They need new skin in the game & a young bright mind to make the positive changes needed. There’re many ways to grow & bring value to the stock yet they fail to do so. Stock could hit $20-$30 managed well…

$CTHR $BRLT $FOSL $MOV $GES Good news for Charles & Colvard (CTHR), because the demand for lab-grown gemstones keeps going up. Diamond industry ‘in trouble’ as lab-grown gemstones tank prices further, CNBC article: https://www.cnbc.com/2024/06/05/diamond-industry-in-trouble-as-lab-grown-gemstones-tank-prices-further.html Check these excerpts: " The preference for lab-grown diamonds also plays a critical role in driving down prices of natural diamonds" and: “ The core issue is the rapid growth of lab-grown diamonds,” he said. Daga added that in the U.S., which is the largest consumer of diamonds, half of engagement ring stones will be lab grown this year, up from just 2% in 2018." and: "Lab-grown diamond sales have surged from just 2% of the global diamond jewelry market in 2017 to 18.4% in 2023, according to data provided by Zimnisky."

$CTHR bulls say look at those assets. Company says here is a 25m S-3. Looks like someone is raising capital to settle a lawsuit and cash on hand is not enough… why else you do a shelf offer of that size with assets on hand? 🚧
