$CR has an absolute 1st Class management team and it’s evident in more than just investor days and earnings calls. It comes down to the way the Company is run. The DBS (Danaher Business System) is the gold standard for running a company and maximizing shareholder value. Well it’s clear the CBS is right there next to it. You see a lot of companies install their own business system or enterprise system or whatever, but it often seems like it’s for show. They talk the talk, but don’t walk the walk. Well it’s obvious $CR mgmt does both. From prudent capital allocation strategy and balance sheet strength to achieve a vision, reaching the incremental steps to make the longer-term picture become a reality. They way mgmt interacts with its employees, suppliers, customers, etc. 1st class mgmt team all around.
