$APA $CPE APA Corp. resumed with an Underweight at Morgan Stanley Morgan Stanley resumed coverage of APA Corp. with an Underweight rating and $28 price target now that APA has closed its acquisition of Callon Petroleum. Shares trade above the firm's estimate of net asset value and the firm expects "a series of noisy operational quarters" as APA implements development changes to improve Callon's performance, the analyst tells investors.

$CPE anybody here is using ETORO? my friends portfolio is in etoro, and ALL CPE shares were sold, but not converted. and as i remember, etoro partners were paying for order flow, and some of these partners also have contracts with known shorters. shouldn't that be qualified as fraud from etoro side and conflict of interests?

Now that shorts of $CPE are short $APA, they will have to start paying the dividends, thereby increasing their holding cost dramatically. Plus, momentum is on our side. $APA had far fewer shorts than $CPE. I'm anxious to see the shorts start to bail and provide additional lift to the share price.

Out of all these wannabes from the summer of 2020: CPE - sold for peanuts to APA CDEV - became $PR leading contender in Permian DEN - went bankrupt, sold for scraps to Exxon QEP - sold for peanuts to FANG $KOS - struggling with debt, delayed projects OAS - went bankrupt, issued new shares $TALO - high debt, growth at expense of equity? XOG - went bankrupt, issued new shares hit ratio was like 1 to 8, or even worse 1 to 10 counting others

$CPE minus - CPE was merged by too-cheap evaluation. plus - APA now is cheap evaluated, after merger with big oil reserves and dividends. but as for me - merger better would be not existing. IMO best solution would be CPE to buy itself time by time.
