$CETX they warned us and didn’t want to listen, we wanted to gamble hoping to catch the bottom. We were hopeful when Price went from $5 then $3$ to 1$ and now at $0.10 thing seems to look much darker for sure. It seem like everyone feels defeated because you can tell by the activity on this forum.

Let's say the holder of the notes allows the price of $BFRI to run-up, potentially reaching the 10-day VWAP of $2.50. This would trigger the automatic conversion clause, causing the holder to receive $4.2M / $2.50 = 1.68M shares, thereby forcing the noteholder to receive less bang for their buck. So would the noteholder really want that or is the following more probable..... During AH today while you were pumping the hell out of the stock, the holder of the notes probably converted as many notes as they could @ $0.78 per share and then immediately turned around and sold the generated shares for ~$1.15, leading to an immediate 47% profit, or $6.2M on their original $4.2M investment if all of the notes were converted at that price. Maybe I'm wrong, but there was nothing in the 8-K or Ex99.1 to suggest otherwise.
