$EFSH I’m more intrigued about how they will get out of the fake press release of subs being bought out for 27 mil. They have ran that play at least 15 times with the ”LOI” and then falls apart. They have to figure out a way to at least create the temporary appearance the company isn’t a total scam. Pretty funny that company insiders are trading back and forth to give the optics of a liquid stock.

$EFSH My personal opinion is they will end up selling 1847cabinets but simply because they can’t afford to keep the business running and don’t have the cashflow to maintain. There is no chance that they’re getting 27 million for it, they will sell it and be as ambiguous as possible with the terms in hopes to decisive retail. With that said, retail more times than not takes the bait.

$EFSH 100% Scam company. I would day trade this only and would not hold overnight. The CEO has proven himself to be a straight up Con-man. Don't trust any PR's. And don't believe the ER's or revenue numbers that are reported. The Scam: Overleverage Debt on subsidiaries while getting paid an above average salary then default on loans that are covered by convertible notes OR r/s with offerings OR both. Them being an LLC the share holders do NOT vote for a r/s, it can be done at anytime if the CEO chooses (Board members follow his lead).
