@StocksandRacing they may have target to international users, who love to watch NBA. Streaming sports is getting more attention now days so bundle with prime service isn’t that bad idea, we shall see. Because in some countries, local streaming service beat $nflx by bundling sports streaming rights. I’m sure $amaz management knows about this =)

They were 100:1 voting rights, almost certainly authorized solely for the purpose of assuring the BOD wouldn't lose majority control of the company to the rampant dilution machine that has dumped billions of shares into the market. They structured themselves 5 billion votes (3.8 billion for CT alone) because they knew there were already 3.6 billion common shares authorized, and there could easily be more if WC keeps converting at these prices. One more issuance like the 260+ million shares they tried to slip by in early May (the day after the quarterly financials dropped) would max out the current AS, and they still haven't given any updates regarding the supposed note negotiation, so we have to assume it's still a live threat.

$AABB There’s lots of companies with decent business plans and insiders averaging down to reap rewards of more profit. Few have a vision so big that management doubles down at 5x the share price. This is textbook long term unicorn stuff. Only will it be appreciated when the share price appreciates and swaths of day traders dominate this board. You hear about stocks like this, but rarely hear about people who held the whole time; understanding the vision was bigger than them and the capabilities of management was beyond their comprehension. Everyone wants the next $NFLX, $AMAZ, or $AAPL… perhaps it is right here with AABB. Sound crazy? So did Amazon when it started selling books online.
