$ADC $O You live and you learn. Both were trading in the 50’s at one point, but O was cheaper on a multiple level. So I bought both stocks, but my position in O was 4 times bigger than ADC. Should have done it the other way around, but my “value heart” got the best of me and I fell for the cheaper valuation. Will hold both forever though.

@cominguproses @rutherf8 @Bastard_Factory I have owned $SCM for years in my ROTH—it’s a fantastic investment. That all time chart too!! Recently added $SVOL during the backwardation and so glad I did for my income components. They just lowered their mgmt fee to .72 (from 1.12). Take a look! Lastly, would recommend $ADC REIT on this pullback—better than $O, with a strong growth trajectory (not bloated like $O). Cheers 🍻

$ADC Joey agree focused on the highest quality investment grade projects in Q4 and said “We are just in the middle innings” of the growth cycle. Asked about the theatre space—we only have two left and “if anyone wants to buy one give us a call” saying the space is uninvestable for the foreseeable future. All good 😊 Very happy with Joey’s leadership and performance.
