@coreholder Hey my good man, I bought 200 shares of $MCRB just for fun today at .64. It will keep me entertained as just about everything I own are monthly dividend payers that don't have much movement. If $VICI ever touches 30 again, I am ready to grab 1,000 shares. I know it isn't a huge dividend payer but it always feels like a great anchor for the portfolio. GL!!!!!

$VICI i think what some people don't understand is, this is a specialty REIT. they buy real estate and rent it out. Shy of a few upcoming projects or interest rate moves, this stock isn't expected to move like Tesla stock. its cash flows predictable. its safer. its income. Not sure why people would expect monster runs here. also, more rate cuts are coming and we have a good deal of cash for future deals. this will help the stock. buy on meaningful dips because getting a 5-6% divi when interest rates go back to 0 will bode well for the stock.

$CNTY $VICI Century Casinos opens new land-based casino and hotel in Missouri Century Casinos (CNTY) announced that it opened its new land-based casino and hotel in Caruthersville, Missouri. The 26,000 square feet casino offers 599 slot machines and nine live tables, a 50% increase in gaming positions compared to the temporary casino location, a restaurant, bar, and a total of 74 hotel rooms. The development cost of $51.9M has been funded through VICI Properties (VICI). VICI owns the real estate improvements associated with the Caruthersville project, which becomes a part of the company's triple net master lease agreement with subsidiaries of VICI.
