$ICOA So sad that after many months of reassurance Chong & Vin disappeared. Unless someone picks up $ICOA & $AAPT from the expert market & revives it…these stocks are dead ☠️ ☠️.

@Mshedden No idea, wish Chong & Vin would speak up but it seems they are not involved with $AAPT. I hope I’m wrong & this stock shoots to the top so I can sell. 📈

$AAPT is the shareholder of $icnm. You are the shareholder of $AAPT. This is so simple. Not sure why you are consuming it differently. Again, right now, ALL $AAPT shareholders should be the biggest cheerleaders for $icnm. It’s your ONLY asset and your ONLY hope of making money off your $AAPT shares.

@eimfeld con’t part 2 What is super funny is that you want to bash your only asset??? How does that help you? If $icnm shares skyrocket the value of $AAPT is lifted higher. Your biggest concern needs to be getting the CE lifted in case there is value in selling shares. Simply stated if icnm goes up $AAPT will be worth more. If it goes down, so does $AAPT. So while I don’t believe your FUD has any real affect you are working against your own best interests. 🤦🏻♂️

@eimfeld it’s not that hard to understand. As a shareholder of $AAPT you owned shares of $AAPT. In turn $AAPT owned Kuora. You did not have shares in Kuora. When Kuora was acquired by $icnm, $AAPT was paid in $icnm shares. Those now belong to $AAPT which is still a traded entity. At this point you still own the same thing as you did before. You own shares of $AAPT. The difference being previously their asset was Kuora. Now their asset is $icnm shares. As an $AAPT shareholder you can still get value if $icnm share price rises. At some point $AAPT can use those shares to acquire a new company. It’s no different than if Kuora would have been sold for cash or for gold bars. They would not have sent that cash or gold bars out to shareholders, otherwise the company would have given away all of their assets and essentially have nothing left after the Kuora sale. I know this is hard to accept as an $AAPT shareholder, but it certainly shouldn’t be hard to understand. Con’t

$ICNM $AAPT According to the filings of ICNM they took over Kuora form AAPT. However a fact is, that no common shareholder of AAPT got an exchange offer for their shares. The question is then: How can ICNM be legitime? Should not the compliance department of OTC markets looking into this? It is obvious that millions got lost by shareholders of AAPT due to what happened, however by not allowing them to exchange their shares into ICNM we could talk about another fraud taking place. IMHO

@David_M_ Don’t think that was ever the plan. They own shares of $AAPT and $AAPT owns shares of $icnm. And if $icnm does well then eventually $AAPT shareholders will do well. They are basically a shell company and their only resource is their $icnm stock.
