$CYBL Barrister is another cowardly blocking snowflake, so addressing what he/she/they are saying, We're not happy with the current share price because we expect more. Investors reaped the benefit of the 400 percent gain without warning? No, we knew it would spike on CE removal but many thought it would be higher than that. We do need to organically move up but that's going to require the long term and the short term promise of real money made. And the only way that happens is through significant share structure reduction as soon as possible. Potential investors are turning this company down and have for years now solely because of the bloated share structure and that's not going to stop. We've waited long enough. Nobody can expect any significant amount of shareholders to just park money for many years waiting with no significant rise in share value. It's already been years. We need to get returns soon however possible, we've already been patient enough.

$CYBL I noticed you didn't mention anything about shares outstanding in your summary... the reason why you didn't is because there are almost 6 Billion with a B shares oustanding. Im long here also, and hope my money isnt dead here. But as long as outstanding shares are in the billions, we have 0 hope of ever becoming anything significant. We also HAVE to get off of OTC. How exactly does this company shrink 6 billion shares to something respectable?

$CYBL I noticed that maybe all those litigations were not meant to hurt the company but the shareholders whereby a collected few were, or are using the stock price to benefit themselves by playing the role of screaming proxy and their charlatans on the board and elsewhere imo

$CYBL: concur, although my valuation is at $0.075. Below is my summary of key financial metrics and Insights: Financial Performance (2023 vs. 2024)
Revenue: Increased dramatically from $568K to $63.1M (+11,054.6%).
COGS: Rose to $23.8M (+5,848.3%) alongside revenue growth.
Gross Profit: Jumped from $167K to $39.3M (+23,470.4%).
Operating Expenses 2.6M (+45.2%), but this growth was far below revenue gains.
Net Income: Turned around from an $8.5M loss to a $21.7M profit (+354.9%).
Debt Reduction: Lowered debt by 20%, indicating improved financial health. Conclusion
$CYBL has undergone a remarkable financial transformation, with a strong growth trajectory, improved efficiency, and reduced debt. The estimated fair market share price of $0.075 reflects a promising valuation supported by high revenue growth and profitability.

$CYBL Good Read: These parties have also filed 19 garnishment actions against various business partners and prior business partners. The aggressiveness of these plaintiffs in seeking to enforce an order that was subsequently settled in another jurisdiction has not met with success.
Recently, Cyberlux served Atlantic Wave and Secure Community with an action to enjoin these judicial filings and any further filings to enforce that settled matter especially where Cyberlux is in compliance with the settlement agreement in question.
We expect the injunctive action to be successful and to resolve this dispute under the terms of that settlement agreement in the near future.

$CYBL Good Read: A complaint was filed in August of 2022, in the Circuit Court for the city of Richmond, VA by Atlantic Wave Holdings, LLC, and Secure Community LLC v.
Cyberlux Corporation and Mark D. Schmidt regarding a contractual dispute relating to licensed BrightEye lighting product intellectual property and business development performance. That litigation was settled in June of 2023, and the Company is currently in full compliance with the terms of that settlement agreement. Nonetheless, Atlantic Wave and Secure Community have filed lawsuits in California and now in Texas in an attempt to enforce the settled judgement without proof of breach.

$CYBL I’m actually happy as an investor with this price action. This is the action that traders hate. The 400% rise after CE was a dinner bell for traders and shorters. This action isn’t profitable to traders/shorters which is great. Investors reaped the benefit of that 400% gain because it happened without warning. We know that 7more spikes will come without warning through contracts under negotiation that we don’t know may be worth $1M or $1B each. Investors will get the gains while traders/shorters are on the sidelines watching again. Again, I like the way we are organically moving up. Fundamentals are real strong and incredible for a stock under a penny. No brainer for investors!!!🚀🚀🚀🏆

$CYBL Why I think CYBL would be a great takeover candidate for L3Harris: As the only other U.S. manufacturer of military-grade radio communication equipment beside L3Harris. Datron is positioned as a premiere U.S. manufacturer of defense technology, with ISO 9001 accreditation, and rigorous commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across its operations. Furthermore, the Datron operations team has expanded its UAS manufacturing capabilities by internally producing important components for the UAS platforms and providing operational support for the Cyberlux Advance Lighting Systems, which further enhances the Cyberlux supply chain resilience while ensuring product quality and reliability.

$CYBL How many penny stocks carry the DOD trusted bona fides of CYBL I.e., NDAA Category, Blue UAS Listed and IDIQ Contracts.Per Q3 GIS: CYBL are now licensed to operate as a broker of U.S.-approved military asset to aid foreign allied governments. This allows GIS to conduct substantial integrated solution transactions involving large equipment (such as tanks and airplanes), as well as best-in-class integrated solutions on a global scale.
In plain English this means that Team CYBL consisting of mostly Ex-SOF/Green Berets, is authorized by the U.S. Government to travel globally to allied countries to broker sales of US- approved military assets I.e. combat ships, amoured mechanized vehicles, small arms, fighter jets, etc…Credit to guidance of the Advisory Board. There are 7 robust contracts in negotiations or in development and am wondering <8 figure $deals robust?!. And the beauty is the hundreds of contracts piggyback component of the IDIQ contracts!

$CYBL @Pavel_cz The $22.7M contract awarded to CYBL as Prime Contractor for F-16 Landing Gear Systems means that CYBL reports directly to the government aka DOD to complete the project and will be responsible for managing any subcontractors I.e. our Canadian partner.
Imo this contract is highly probable that it’s for the dozen or so donated F-16s in 🇺🇦
However as of November 2024, there are over 2,100 F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft in active service in 25 countries, making it the world's most common fixed-wing military aircraft. What % of these aircraft need the Landing Gear Systems upgrade?
And btw Congratulations to the CYBL for its big step forward in becoming a Prime in the Major Leagues aka the U.S. Military Defense Industrial Complex.
