@ProfessorDoggybankFanAcc You should not feel ripped off. The terms of the warrants were public and clear. EVERY ONE of the SPACs that issue shares and warrants has a clause indicating the warrants are callable "at $xx at any point in time after the stock trades higher than $yy for zz days", and every one of them where the stock has hit the required level calls their warrants. The warrant call was totally predictable and in fact a foregone conclusion. The company wants the cash. Any investor looking at valuation, not just trading dynamics, should have been using "fully diluted" shares all along. The silver lining is that this may be a buying opportunity in ASTS common stock. Usually, a warrant call at a below-market exercise price will depress the price of the common until it is complete, as there is a sell-the-common to fund warrant exercise dynamic in play. This sell pressure goes away after the warrant call is completed (i.e. after this Friday).

@Tiffiny Matt softball question was a perfect opportunity to show the upside Rev potential. I would have pounced on it, 45 million worldwide, US and Europe alone with 20M; at estimated treatment cost of $yy. CEO responded conservatively maybe because still considering upcoming settlement. We have been in it for years so we know the upside potential; it would have been nice to hear though..

@OpenHandClosedFist so $yy decided not to actually use the $500 million buyback and just pretend to by only buying back $25 million so that $yy could comply with the CIA and destroy China. Why would $yy work for the CIA to destroy itself to hurt itself to kill itself so that its home country would be destroyed to serve the CIA?
