$YALA I guess there is some risk as to the adr's being pulled from the market as the pcaob pulled the registered accounting status of kpmg huazhen. Thoughts? I'll look further into pcaobs regulations but I guess they need to fully inspect firms even in china....

$YALA Book value as of 6/30 is $715m and current market cap trades at $598m. Assuming these assets are real cash, term deposits, & ST investments alone around $528m. With the price of stock so low, a small buyback of shares can easily send a strong message to the market. Ive owned OTC stocks with upside down balance sheet with higher relative valuations.

In 2022 there was a report of visa fraud by the FBI "ZTE is on probation from its guilty plea in a case tied to illegally shipping American technology to Iran. Kinkeade summoned the company to his courtroom over the possible violation involving an alleged conspiracy to commit visa fraud" . So Chinese nationals are part of YALA. $ZTCOF is a state-owned enterprise. So the question is are the numbers reported correct and if so are they actually from gaming revenues or is it a money laundering operation.
