What makes $WIZEY particularly interesting is that it's down ~30% from its 2021 highs, and is trading at an FCF yield of 44% (not much SBC to speak of either) vs. Paypal's ( $PYPL) 5% (SBC adj) & OFX's 11%. Founder-led (and ~1/5-owned) WISE is likely to continue to outgrow both by some margin. Why does it trade so cheaply? It's operating in an increasingly crowded space, not to mention having to compete with established global banks. Also, barriers to entry, while not exactly low, are not that high. With margins and ROIC at such high levels, it's a given that the # of players will continue to grow. Disclaimer: we have no position.
